Case Review

Have you reported anti-social behaviour in your area, but it’s still happening?

If this is the case, you may be eligible to request a Case Review (previously known as the Community Trigger).

If you’ve submitted three or more ASB reports and are dissatisfied with the response, the Case Review system is available to you.

Requesting a Case Review gives you the right to a formal review of your case.

To request a Case Review, we ask you meet the following criteria within the threshold:

You must have reported incidents on three separate occasions, which are all related ASB, within the last six months, and the ASB must still be continuing.

All incidents should have been reported within 30 days of the ASB taking place.

Once your Case Review is underway, the application will be reviewed by an independently chaired panel who will aim to create solutions to the problems you have put forward. These solutions may then involve the expertise of the Community Safety Partners such as the police, local authorities, and housing providers.
